CITIZEN OF THE YEAR

The Hilton Village Board seeks nominations to recognize our outstanding individuals who has unselfishly served the Hilton / Parma community. This selection is made by secret ballot and the decision is based on volunteerism, community involvement and all around good spirit.

Congratulations to Tom Smith and the congregation of St. Paul Lutheran Church on being honored as Hilton’s Citizen of the Year for 2021!   Tom and several volunteers spent countless hours helping a neighbor in need.  The Board of Trustees is extremely proud to have these individuals in our community.
